Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. In certain specific cases, this period may be extended to 30 days, where expressly indicated.
Returns are accepted only for new and unused products, accompanied by their original tags, accessories, and packaging, where applicable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except when the return is due to, but not limited to:
a defective product;
an error in order preparation;
or a product that does not match the order or its description.
After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund is processed as soon as possible. Depending on the payment method and bank concerned, it may take several business days for it to appear in the Customer's account.
For hygiene reasons and in accordance with applicable law, certain products, including underwear, swimwear, and some personalized items, may be excluded from the right of return when they meet the legal conditions for exclusion.
This exclusion does not apply to the rights of the Customer in the case of a defective product, a non-conforming product, or an error attributable to the Seller.
