Depending on the carrier and the selected delivery method, the package may be delivered with or without a signature. When a tracking service is available, we will provide you with the necessary information to track your package online.
Delivery fees are, in many cases, free. When applicable, the amount may vary depending on the destination, weight, volume of the package, and the selected delivery method. The final amount of delivery fees will be indicated before you confirm your order.
We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. Two separate orders cannot always be combined; therefore, separate delivery fees may apply to each.

The dimensions of the packaging are adapted to the content of each order to ensure appropriate protection of the products during transport.
