Orders are prepared for dispatch as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. A tracking number is provided when available so you can follow your order online.
Depending on the carrier and delivery service selected, the parcel may be delivered with or without a signature. Tracking details are shared when available.
We offer two delivery services: Standard and Express. The options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges for your address are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. Separate orders cannot always be combined, so separate delivery charges may apply.
We take particular care in the preparation, packaging and protection of your items, especially when they are fragile.
Packaging is adapted to each order to protect the products during transport.
For all delivery terms, times and charges, please consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
